Eton Mess.

Here is the Eton Mess I was talking about - one of my three meals in Manchester. The waiter told us that in Social Rehab, the boar across the street they do an Eton Mess cocktail. What would be in it?
We thought maybe Chambord, vanilla ice cream, cream,strawberries, crushed meringue and I thought about Baileys?? Then to top it off place a meringue on the top of the glass and fill with eton mess.
