This is my kind of bread, using strong white flour the dough makes a heavy bread with plenty of substance. It tastes great on the day but is also enjoyable the next day.
I sliced these up and mad mini crisp butties which I enjoyed with a large sailor jerry and diet coke, because thats just how I roll.. haha!
