Fresh raspberry bakewell.


On Wednesday I needed a day away from "The Fashion" so I decided to spend a day baking, I am sure you can see from the blog that I cook a lot of savoury foods so I wanted to challenge myself and bake instead. I pulled a load of recipes from different magazines and this was one of them.
With my new loaf tin in hand a punnet of raspberries waiting to be used I got baking.
This is a pretty straightforward pudding and I will post the recipe later on. But now lets just enjoy the picture!
